(2)其主要理由:不符合教师工作的特点和实际。教师工作有其自身的特点,如:教师工作有松散化和弹性化的特点等。以全勤奖激励教师,不会起到真正的激励作用。
（3）激励教师应关注教师对职业成就的需要，也就是鼓励教师搞好教学工作本身，而出全勤的教师并不能说明教学工作就是优秀，激励方式要适合教师工作的性质。
