A: I think new staff can be helped to settle into their jobs with on-the-job training or in-service training program. Plus, they can also be put in a mentoring programme. Mentoring refers to a system where people with a lot of experience, knowledge, etc. advise and help other people at work or young people preparing for work.
B: New staff can choose to participate in the mentoring programme. I am confident that many fresh employees will have interest in the mentoring program for it is helpful to them in developing professionally.
